These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the bdaj platform and all its services. By accessing the bdaj website or creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full.

bdaj reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. If you continue to use the platform after any changes, you are considered to have accepted the updated Terms. We therefore encourage you to check this page regularly.

1.1 About bdaj

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each user may open only one account. Creating multiple accounts under the same person's name is strictly prohibited. If multiple accounts are discovered, all accounts may be suspended or terminated.

3.1 Registration Process

When opening an account on bdaj, users must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. bdaj reserves the right to terminate an account if false or incorrect information is provided. If any information provided at registration changes, the user is responsible for updating it.

3.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdaj may verify a user's identity at any time. If required, submission of a national identity card, passport, or other government-issued documents may be requested. Withdrawals may be held until the verification process is complete.

3.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their password and account information confidential. If unauthorized access to an account is suspected, bdaj support must be notified immediately. The user is responsible for all activity carried out through their account.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on the bdaj platform is ৳200 (two hundred taka). This minimum amount applies to all payment methods. Currently supported payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including major Bangladeshi banks such as Dutch Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and BRAC Bank).

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. Withdrawal requests can only be made to verified payment methods registered in the user's own name.

4.3 Payment Restrictions

• Third-party payment methods may not be used.
• Use of a payment method registered in the user's own name is mandatory.
• If money laundering or fraud is suspected, the transaction will be suspended and investigated.
• In cases of multiple chargebacks or payment disputes, the account may be closed.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

bdaj offers new users a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 will earn a ৳1,000 bonus — making the total balance ৳2,000. Depositing ৳12,000 or more will earn the maximum bonus of ৳5,000 — making the total balance ৳17,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, bets equal to 25 times the bonus amount must be placed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the combined total of the deposit and bonus. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 25 = ৳25,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each user may claim each bonus offer a maximum of once.
• Bonus funds are not directly withdrawable — the wagering requirement must be met.
• bdaj reserves the right to modify or cancel bonus offers at any time.
• If bonus abuse or manipulation is attempted, the account and bonus will be forfeited.
• Bonus funds cannot be transferred to another user.

6.1 VIP Levels

bdaj's VIP program has five levels: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each level offers a weekly cashback benefit:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.3% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 0.6% weekly cashback
• Diamond: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback

6.2 Level Change Policy

VIP level depends on a user's gaming activity. Regular and active players can gradually advance to higher levels. bdaj reserves the right to modify VIP benefits and terms.

7.1 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdaj platform:

• Any form of fraud, cheating, or system manipulation.
• Playing games using bots or automated software.
• Bonus abuse or gaining advantages through multiple accounts.
• Collusive arrangements with other users.
• Unauthorized modification of the platform's software or code.
• Money laundering or illegal financial activity.

7.2 Consequences of Violations

If any of the above prohibited activities are detected, bdaj may suspend or permanently close the relevant account without prior notice, forfeit all balances in the account, and take legal action where applicable.

8.1 Responsible Gaming Policy

bdaj believes that gaming is an entertainment activity and should always be enjoyed responsibly. We encourage users to set limits for themselves and stick to them. If signs of addiction appear, help should be sought without delay.

9.2 User Obligations

Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any bdaj content for commercial purposes without prior written permission from bdaj. Third-party game software (such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Spribe, PG Soft, JILI, etc.) is under the intellectual property of the respective provider.

10.1 Service Warranty

The bdaj platform is provided on an "as is" basis. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to technical issues, server maintenance, or internet problems. bdaj is not liable for any losses caused by technical errors.

10.2 Gaming Losses

Participation in gaming is at the user's own will and risk. bdaj is not responsible for any financial losses arising from gaming. Users are always encouraged to play within their means.

11.1 Closure by User

11.2 Closure by bdaj

bdaj may suspend or close an account in the following circumstances:

• Breach of Terms.
• Evidence of fraud or dishonest activity.

14.1 Right to Amend

14.2 Severability

If any provision of these Terms becomes unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect. If bdaj does not enforce any part of the Terms, this will not be considered a waiver of that part.

14.3 Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with bdaj's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the entire agreement between the user and bdaj. The version written in Bengali shall apply to all matters under these Terms and Conditions.
